Refundable booking

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no cost will be charged. In case of cancellation made after this deadline or no-show on the expected date of arrival, it will be charged 100% of the entire stay.

Non refundable booking

The full amount of the reservation is charged before the arrival date and in no case refunded.
